- standing board jump -188cm
- sit and reach- 44cm
- inclined pull up- 10times
- shuttle run in 30secs- 10.87s
after sch,played with the hamsters.dont know whose alr.haha..i no skill one uhh,dunno how to hold a hamster properly.peiwen said i abusing it somemore! ahaha!Then,went to central with viona and cel.coz i wanna return my library storybook,thanks for the accompany((: Next,they went to my house,as viona wanted to try the enthic costumes for tmr's Racial harmony day!Wow!damn funny sia!coz we change change,haha!..alright,i havent decided on which costumes yet.haha!and i dunno whether dheepeka is gonna lend me hers tmr.ahhhh,i dunno lahh!..okays lahhs.that's all for today!
